Today, our little farmers had fun playing with pigs in the mud! Some of the little piggies didn’t make it into the jars… guess some of the farmers love marshmallows!

Today, our little farmers learned about roosters, hens, and chickens. They made their parents rooster footprints to be hung on the fridge!

Today our little farmers learned all about cows! First, they learned that cows have black spots on their white bodies. They painted spots on cows by using a marble!
Oops! The marble got stuck in the corner!

Once the cows were dry, they were mounted onto red paper. They looked great! Next, the little farmers learned that milk comes from cows. They were able to pretend to be real farmers and milk a cow!
Finally, our little farmers learned that milk from cows is used to make butter. They made little jars of butter to take home!

Today was a lot of fun and the kids really enjoyed themselves!
We have been acting out some of our favorite stories this week as we learn what it means to be an actor…the kids used their imaginations and took the stage to give it a try.
