  • Can you find a match?

    The early 3’s worked on matching today! They looked for each pair of mittens match! They had to look at the color and pattern on each mitten and figure out which one looked the same! Sometimes it was tricky when there was just a small difference, and other times it was a little easier to spot when their were a lot of differences.

  • Science Center

    This afternoon Natalie, Ryan, and Abby were doing our animal footprint matching activity from our science center.  They took turns matching each animal with their correct footprint.  In order to help them figure out which footprint went with each animal, we looked at the words underneath each card to see if they matched.   • Gingerbread Matching

    The kids love to do the gingerbread matching activity!  Jessica has lined up all of the different gingerbread man and is going through the other pile to try and find their matches. candy cane 011

  • Presents in the Sensory Table

    The kids had fun this afternoon in the sensory table filling presents and matching the right lids to the right presents.  They were using their imaginations to fill the presents with toy cars, dolls, trucks and many other things!   sensory table-presents 024

  • Shapes and Patterning

    Today the kids were practicing their shapes and patterning with a small grou activity.  Abby and Ryan loved matching the foam shapes with their patterning strips.  We talked about the color of the shapes, the name of the shapes, and the different patterns on each strip.  They wanted to do it over and over again!
